The proposal is to demolish a stud wall between 2 rooms on the ground floor to create a Community/Parish meeting room for church and community use. As part of the proposed new community facility the existing kitchen would be refurbished and the wall between the kitchen and new social space be part demolished to create a serving hatch. A fire roller shutter would be installed and a new wireless fire detection system. The first floor is to be refurbished. This would include removing a 1960's timber stud partition wall from the main bedroom, refurbishing the existing bathrooms and creating a kitchen diner in the front main reception room. Drainage from the kitchen sink would run through into the existing bathroom drainage system at the rear of the property.
